American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Orthopedic Hospital Nursing night shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ACLS certification.

Details

• 24-bed orthopedic hospital unit
• Patient population consists of postoperative adults recovering from orthopedic, total joint replacement, podiatry, and spine surgeries
• RN-to-patient ratio of up to 1:6
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active IN or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA) and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Previous post-orthopedic surgery nursing experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide postoperative nursing care to adult orthopedic, total joint replacement, podiatry, and spine surgery patients
• Length of patient stay varies based on surgery performed and individual discharge needs
