American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position at a small acute care facility in Los Alamos, NM, requiring 2+ years of experience and on-call availability.

Details

• PACU position within the Operating Room department of a 47-bed acute care facility serving as a major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico
• Facility operates 2 OR suites with most cases scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Day shift hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend requirement
• On-call required approximately 10 days per month
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Mexico or a valid Compact RN license
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PACU or relevant RN experience required
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Permanent address must be located more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
