American Traveler is hiring an LPN with LTC experience for a 13-week assignment at a state veterans home in Hawaii, providing skilled nursing care across variable shifts.

Details

• Long-term care (LTC) setting serving veterans
• Shift schedule is variable and will be based on census and facility need
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current Hawaii LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
• LTC setting experience required
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, provider notification, admissions and discharges, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care
• Candidates must be available to arrive the Thursday prior to their start date for a required employee health appointment on Friday
• Flu vaccination may be administered at the employee health clearance appointment if needed
