American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a day shift travel contract at a hospital-based South Clinical Campus OR, requiring 2 years of OR experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Position is based in the Operating Room (OR) at a South Clinical Campus hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NY State RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• All certifications must be issued by AHA or RQI
• US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted
• Active flu vaccination required; only medical exemptions (signed by a licensed professional) are accepted — personal or religious declinations will not be honored
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates residing in the following counties are not eligible: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington
• RTO must be requested at the time of consideration
• More than 3 call-outs in a 13-week period may result in contract termination; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out
