American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Dialysis/Photopheresis position in Indiana, requiring a minimum of 18 months of dialysis or apheresis experience and an IN or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Hospital-based Dialysis unit serving a specialized patient population including GVHD, Bone Marrow, CTCL, and Photopheresis cases
• Staffing ratio of 1:1
• Specialized equipment includes the CellEx apheresis machine
• Charting performed in Cerner (experience required)
• Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating call required
• Floating within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate facility is required

Requirements

• Active IN or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required; both AHA and RQI formats are accepted
• Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of dialysis or apheresis RN experience required
• Experience with apheresis equipment (e.g., CellEx), dialysis, central lines, and ports required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Nursing degree from a university accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation

• Former permanent or PRN employees of the health system must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler
• Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Up to 5 days of RTO may be approved for the assignment
