American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery float pool position in Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and Epic experience across multiple Legacy Health facilities.

Details

• Float pool position rotating between multiple Legacy Health facilities in Oregon, primarily Silverton, Randall Children's, Meridian Park, Good Samaritan, and Mount Hood
• Labor & Delivery unit serving an OB patient population
• Patient ratios of 1:1–1:2 for both day and night shifts
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• One summer holiday and holiday eve required (Memorial Day or July 4th)
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active Oregon (OR) RN license required prior to start; must have applied for OR RN license at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and AWHONN or Relias Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Travelers are expected to float within a site and across the Legacy Health system; refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation
• All education assigned by the facility must be completed within one week of starting the assignment
• Low census mandatory cancellation policy: cancellations must be called 1.5 hours before shift start; one mandatory cancellation per two-week pay period may occur without cause or penalty
• Longer contract extensions beyond 13 weeks may be available for interested candidates
• COVID vaccination card required with no exemptions accepted
