American Traveler is seeking an experienced Psychiatric RN for a 13-week inpatient behavioral health contract requiring at least 1 year of psych experience and comfort with paper charting.

Details

• Inpatient psychiatric and detox unit within a 63-bed behavioral health facility
• Patient population consists of adults and older adults (18+) with mental health and substance abuse conditions
• Paper charting only — no EMR used

Requirements

• Active RN license (SC or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required
• CPI certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience required
• Demonstrated comfort and ability to work with paper charting required

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care across inpatient psychiatric and detox programs
• Candidates living within 30 miles of the facility qualify under local rates; those residing beyond 30 miles qualify for travel rates
