American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Wound/Ostomy Care position in Sioux City, IA, requiring an active IA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of wound care experience.

Details

• Day shift position, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), 5 days per week
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR
• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of wound/ostomy care RN experience required
• All required certifications must be active and in hand
• Epic EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• 1 supervisory reference (performance eval/reference from within 2 years of employment or contract) required for consideration
• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Previous employment with UnityPoint within the last 12 months is not eligible

Additional Information

• Contributes professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of wound/ostomy patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
• First-time travelers are not preferred, but those with at least 1 prior travel contract are encouraged to apply
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving week (11/26–11/30) and 1 day during the Christmas/New Year's window (12/23–1/2), regardless of holidays worked
