Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Apheresis position requiring a minimum of 18 months of apheresis or dialysis experience and an IN or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Apheresis unit
• Patient population includes GVHD, BO, CTCL, and Photopheresis cases
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Uses CellEx apheresis equipment
• Charting performed in Cerner (experience required)
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00–17:30
• Rotating call required
• Floating within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital may be required

Requirements

• Active IN or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI accepted)
• Minimum 18 months to 2 years of RN experience required
• Experience with apheresis equipment or dialysis, central lines, and ports required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program required
