American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVOR position requiring at least 2 years of CVOR and general OR experience, Epic proficiency, and a Louisiana or Compact RN license.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital-based Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM – 6:45 PM
• 9-week contract

Requirements

• Active LA or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• CVOR and general OR experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• A supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months is required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• CPI certification can be obtained at the facility for $100 if not already held
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel pay rates
• Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be considered
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
