American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) position requiring at least 18 months of acute care behavioral health experience and a current OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Behavioral Health unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Minimum 18 months of recent behavioral health experience in an acute care (non-psychiatric) hospital setting
• Minimum 18 months of permanent employment experience in a short-term acute care hospital prior to traveling
• One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the same specialty required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include milieu management, medication management, patient assessments, and clinical documentation
• Travelers who have previously worked at any Cleveland Clinic location must have a gap of at least 6 months before beginning a new assignment there
