American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA, requiring acute care and discharge planning experience with Epic proficiency.

Details

• Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across two campuses
• Case Management unit with rotation across all hospital areas, including two campuses located less than 2 miles apart
• Patient population requires acute care case management, discharge planning, and care coordination
• Strong preference for candidates with diverse CM experience including Med/Surg, LLOS, and ED
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• Parking is facility paid

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or Compact RN license (pending license accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care and discharge planning/care coordination
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
