American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Postpartum/Mother Baby position requiring prior travel experience, a MA RN license, and high-acuity patient care experience on 12-hour night shifts.

Details

• Inpatient Obstetrics Postpartum Unit in a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday coverage is required as this is a seasonal coverage assignment
• High-acuity postpartum patient population
• Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry is highly preferred

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of postpartum RN experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• High-acuity patient care experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry strongly preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered
• COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions accepted)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions accepted)
• Flu vaccine documentation required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide postpartum nursing care to high-acuity obstetrical patients
• Previous employees (travel, permanent, or per diem) of any Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility must have a minimum 6-month break before returning
• First-time travelers will not be considered — prior travel experience is required
