American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• 150-bed acute care hospital setting
• Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer unit
• 3x12 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• On-call is required for this position
• Charting is performed in Epic
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Free parking provided on the first day; assignment parking details provided during orientation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer experience required
• Current BLS and RDMS - AB certifications required
• Epic experience required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Dark solid color scrubs required for Radiology
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-submission RTO requests may be denied
• Schedule accommodations are at manager's discretion
