American Traveler is hiring a first-time-traveler-friendly RN for an Ambulatory OR position in California, requiring a valid CA RN license and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Ambulatory care OR setting handling Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pain Management cases
• Manages up to 4 OR rooms
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Floating between all facilities within California is expected and required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required; pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment; all RTO requests must be submitted prior to or at the time of submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
