Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a CVOR position requiring at least 1 year of CVOR experience, an active CO or compact RN license, and AHA-issued BLS certification.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital surgical environment, including the CVOR and/or main operating rooms
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week (40 hours/week)
• CVOR call shifts are required in addition to regular OR shifts
• Float to other departments may be required based on business need
• Epic used for charting

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses)
• AHA BLS certification required — must not expire prior to assignment start
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• English proficiency required (speak, read, write)
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards
• Additional duties include health teaching, care documentation per hospital and regulatory guidelines, and referral of patients for further evaluation or treatment
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
