American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Cardiac Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent cardiac telemetry experience and an active NC or Compact RN license.

Details

• Stepdown/Cardiac Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes cardiac stepdown, PCU, and IMCU cases
• Rotating days and nights on an 8-week blocked schedule (3x12-hour shifts per week)
• Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM; Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule requires 2 Mondays and/or Fridays per week
• 2 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
• Floating required to PCU, Stepdown, and IMCU units
• On-call responsibilities required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 10-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted; candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are subject to a lower pay rate
• Flu vaccine is required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
