American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a Radiology Ultrasound unit at a 25-bed critical access hospital, requiring 2+ years of hospital-based scanning experience across ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Details

• 25-bed critical access hospital, Radiology Ultrasound department
• Scanning experience required across ED, inpatient (IP), and outpatient (OP) settings
• Critical access patient population
• Rotating day schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), alternating weeks Monday–Wednesday and Thursday–Saturday
• Every other Saturday required
• No on-call requirements
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based ultrasound experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• ARRT certification required
• License required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Perform ultrasound scanning for ED, inpatient, and outpatient critical access patients
• Caribbean blue scrubs required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• US SSN required for consideration
