Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of invasive cardiac cath lab experience for a 13-week contract position requiring Epic proficiency and RCIS certification.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• 10-hour day shifts with a 9:00 AM start time
• 7 shifts per month
• On-call required
• Minor holiday coverage required
• May float to different departments, units, or facilities within 30 miles of the assigned facility based on clinical competence

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an invasive cardiac cath lab
• Completion of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Program with certification, or RCIS equivalent
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• COVID and flu vaccination required, or an approved medical/religious declination
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Staff are included in the unit's rotation pool and may be required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage
• Minor holidays are part of the expected schedule
