American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Step-Down (PCU) position in San Francisco, CA, requiring at least 1 year of Medical/Surgical Step-Down experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Works in an 8-bed Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (MST) overflow Step-Down unit
• 13-week travel contract
• Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30), with rotating weekends
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical Step-Down experience required
• Two supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides comprehensive, patient- and family-centered care addressing potential and actual health and illness problems
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
