American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with 2+ years of OR experience, including robotics and orthopedics, for a day-shift surgical services position in Winchester, VA.

Details

• Work in a 495-bed hospital's surgical services department
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM on a 4x10 format
• 13-week contract
• On-call requirements of 6–8 calls per week, which may include weekends

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CST/OR experience required
• Experience required in Robotics, General, Gyn, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma
• DaVinci Robot and Orthopedics experience required
• NBSTSA certification required — no exceptions; no other certification accepted
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required; no certifications expiring within 30 days of start date
• Active VA state license required (candidates may begin with a temp VA license in pending status)
• License required if applicable
• US SSN required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Surgical caseload includes robotic, general, gynecological, urological, bariatric, orthopedic, and trauma procedures
• On-call shifts may occur on weekends
