American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in a Diagnostic Radiology department at an acute care hospital in Somerset, KY, requiring 2+ years of experience.

Details

• Diagnostic Radiology department at a 295-bed acute care hospital serving an 11-county region in south central Kentucky
• Hospital offers cardiac care, advanced neurosurgery, and holds Spine Center accreditation
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience, with at least 1-2 years in an acute care facility
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed full time elsewhere during the assignment
• All required certifications must be obtained prior to start date
