American Traveler is hiring a Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a 13-week contract at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 733 staffed beds, designated as a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital
• Interventional Radiology unit
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekends and call are required
• Any scheduled shift callouts may be required to be made up at the department's discretion
• Charting performed in Epic
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• ARRT certification required
• Active state or compact license required; pending licenses are not accepted - license required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the main campus to be eligible
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Scrubs are provided
• Pre-start online modules are required (estimated 4–10 hours)
• RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a general maximum of 4 days
• Only 1 holiday can be approved during the contract
• Travelers must be gone for at least 1 year before returning in a travel capacity
• Travelers may only extend once before needing to be away for 6 months prior to returning
