American Traveler is hiring a BSN-prepared RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Illinois, requiring ACLS and NIHSS certifications with night shift availability.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekend shifts are required
• May be placed on call during regular shift if census drops
• Floating to different units or facilities may be required at the manager's discretion

Requirements

• Active IL RN license currently in hand — no emergency or pending licensure accepted
• BSN required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Charge RN within the last year

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of profile submission and cannot be added afterward
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted but at a local pay rate
• 12-week contract
