American Traveler is hiring an experienced Surgical Technologist for a Pediatric CVOR position at a children's hospital, requiring a minimum of two years of pediatric CVOR experience and on-call availability.

Details

• Pediatric cardiovascular OR (CVOR) setting within a children's hospital
• Cases include both CVOR and generalist surgical cases during the week
• Day/Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday between 0700–1830
• Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call responsibility required
• Call coverage is CVOR-specific

Requirements

• WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric CVOR experience required
• First-time travelers must have a minimum of 5 years of recent relevant CVOR experience
• Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program required; 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist may be considered in lieu of program completion

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include scrubbing both pediatric CVOR and general surgical cases throughout the week
• On-call responsibilities cover CVOR cases during weeknights, weekends, and holidays
