American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a urology clinic outpatient setting, requiring 2+ years of nursing experience and current Epic proficiency for a 13-week contract.

Details

• Clinic/outpatient setting within a urology department
• Role involves travel to outreach clinic locations alongside current staff
• Patient care focused on urology, including in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate biopsy
• Responsibilities include rooming patients, prepping charts, and inserting and changing catheters
• Charting performed in Allscripts, with a transition to Epic beginning March 2026
• Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — no weekends

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Epic experience within the last year required
• BSN not required for this position

Additional Information

• Urology experience is preferred but not required — experienced nurses are expected to adapt to urology workflows
• Works alongside a team of 3 physicians in a collaborative and supportive department environment
• Department is led by a hands-on manager who is actively involved in day-to-day operations
• 13-week contract with Monday–Friday scheduling and no weekend requirements
