Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, including at least 1 year in a Level IV setting.

Details

• NICU setting within a children's hospital
• Level III/IV NICU patient population, including post-op patients and those requiring trach/vent management
• Experience with g-tubes and various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation required
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 3 shifts per week, Monday through Friday availability required
• 2–3 weekends required per 6-week scheduling period
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience required (Level III and Level IV experience may be combined to meet this requirement)
• Minimum 1 year of Level IV NICU experience required
• Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
