American Traveler is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN for a 13-week night shift contract requiring an active NY RN license in hand and a minimum of one year of experience.

Details

• Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) inpatient unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active NY RN license currently in hand is required
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of initial consideration
• Call-off policy allows up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment; on-call shifts used in lieu of a call-off count toward this limit
