American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac IMC position requiring at least 2 years of experience and ACLS certification, working night shifts in a hospital setting in Tyler, TX.

Details

• Cardiac Intermediate Care (IMC) unit in a hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Cardiac IMC or step-down experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups will not be considered
• RTO is limited to no more than 3 days per contract and is not permitted during the first week of orientation
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
