American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in Iowa, requiring an active IA RN license, BLS and NIHSS certifications, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active Iowa RN license required; compact RN license accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA) and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years of employment required for consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration

• Candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the following 3 holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• RTO is limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving week (11/26–11/30) and the winter holiday period (12/23–1/2), regardless of holidays worked
• Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for this position
