Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position at an acute care hospital, requiring Epic EMR experience and the ability to float across units and campuses as needed.

Details

• 13-week travel contract
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Weekends required, typically no more than every other weekend
• On-call requirements: up to 2 call shifts per 6-week schedule period; while on call for nights, availability is limited to 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM only
• Floating to other units and/or campuses within the health system may be required based on census; floats will only be to units where the traveler is qualified and competency has been documented
• Epic EMR experience required (minimum 1 year)

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license (DL) required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• Holiday coverage is expected and time off requests should be kept to a minimum
• Travelers are eligible at the full travel pay rate if residing 100+ miles from the contracted campus; those residing 50–99.9 miles away are subject to a reduced rate
