American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Work setting is a 352-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma and Stroke Center
• Assignment is in the Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool unit
• Schedule is nights, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Epic EMR is used for charting
• Free parking is available on-site
• Local candidates are accepted at a reduced rate for those residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active RN license for Missouri or a Compact State is required; pending license is acceptable but must be in hand prior to start
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Must be proficient in starting IV lines and drawing labs
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Position is based at the only tertiary hospital between Kansas City and Omaha, serving a broad regional patient population
• Facility is a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center
