American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a travel contract in South Carolina, requiring open heart experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Position is in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• On-call requirements to be discussed during the interview process
• Floating to other units and/or campuses within the health system may be required based on census needs; floating will only occur to units where competency has been demonstrated
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (SC or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR experience required
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the flagship Prisma Richland hospital to be eligible for this position
• Social Security Number (SSN) and Driver's License (DL) required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular surgical patients, including open heart procedures
• Candidates residing between 50–99.9 miles from the flagship facility may be eligible at a reduced travel pay rate; candidates 100+ miles away qualify for the full travel rate
• First-time travelers will be considered with qualifying experience
