American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and working night shifts in a hospital setting in New Orleans, LA.

Details

• MS/Tele Float Pool unit within a hospital setting in New Orleans, LA
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Float pool position covering MS/Tele units
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active LA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• A supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months is required for consideration
• A copy of a valid Driver's License is required for consideration
• Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained

Additional Information

• RTO is capped at 5 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible for a travel assignment
