American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a critical need position at a hospital in Arlington, VA, requiring active VA or compact licensure and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management department
• Covers all admitted adult patients; excludes Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Behavioral Health
• Day shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
• 12-week contract
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active VA or Compact RN license required — no pending licensures accepted
• All certifications must be active at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted
• Case management experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsible for case management of admitted adult inpatients across the hospital
• Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the same rate as travel candidates
• Candidates who have worked at this facility as a contingent worker for two years (with lapses of less than 3 months) must complete a 90-day break before being eligible for a new assignment
