American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care assignment in Rochester, with at least 1 year of LTC experience and Epic EMR proficiency preferred.

Details

• Long-term care (LTC) facility with an average daily census of 120 patients
• Patient population includes a mix of long-term care and rehabilitation patients
• Patient ratios: 1:20 on days and weekends, 1:40 on nights
• Uses Epic EMR (preferred)
• Evening shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required, totaling 8 weekend shifts over the 8-week contract
• Floating required between all 3 units within the facility
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or nursing home experience required
• Blood glucose monitoring/testing skills required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
