American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a House Supervisor position in Washington State, requiring a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience and active WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital house supervisor role within a community hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 13-week contract
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments
• Meditech EMR knowledge is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or a compact multi-state RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS/BCLS and ACLS
• Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical experience
• 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
• Approved 6-hour suicide prevention training required
• Verification of demographics from Nursys required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intervention skills when working with staff, patients, families, and medical staff

Additional Information

• Oversee staffing levels and clinical operations across hospital departments during shift
• RTO must be approved prior to the start of the contract and will be added to the end of the contract
• Located in the Pacific Northwest, centrally situated between PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forest, with easy access to Seattle and Portland (approximately 2 hours in either direction)
