Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ED RN for a night shift travel contract at an acute care hospital in Massachusetts, requiring a valid MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) setting at a 127-bed acute care hospital
• Patient ratio of 1:4-5
• Night shift schedule, 7p–7:30a (4x12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• Charting system: Cerner (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required and must be valid at time of consideration — pending licenses are not accepted
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience required
• Experience with a 1:4-5 patient ratio required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Cerner experience preferred; Epic experience also considered

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered with 2–3 years of ED experience and Epic or Cerner experience
• Any color scrubs accepted; no denim material

• All requested time off must be finalized and submitted at the time of consideration — no RTO will be added after signing
• Candidates whose permanent residence is within 50 miles of the facility will be billed at the local rate
