American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Massachusetts, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department featuring 44 beds across 45,000 sq ft, including a fast-track area, behavioral health suite, imaging suite, pharmacy, and private treatment rooms
• Level 1 Trauma Center providing care to patients with acute injuries and medical emergencies requiring immediate attention
• 8-week contract
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Two holiday shifts required
• Epic EMR used for patient assessment, care documentation, and medication administration — experience required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license in hand required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Additional Information

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute injuries and medical emergencies

• All previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) facility — including travel, permanent, and per diem — must have a 6-month break before returning to be considered

• Excessive time-off requests will not be considered, particularly around holidays
• First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — prior ED experience is strongly emphasized
