American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position at a Magnet-designated teaching hospital in Florida, requiring a minimum of 18 months of ICU experience with cardiac and neuro patient exposure.

Details

• Short-term acute care teaching hospital with Magnet designation and 332 staffed beds
• CVICU unit serving a mixed ICU population of both cardiac and neuro patients
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Block scheduling is not available
• Floating required to all three campus locations (within approximately 20 miles) to meet facility needs
• Charting is done in Epic; experience at a proficiency level of 3 or 4 is required
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license required; pending licenses are not accepted
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience required; 2 years preferred
• Experience with both cardiac and neuro ICU patients is required
• Epic EMR proficiency at a level 3 or 4 required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized and completed promptly upon assignment confirmation
• Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location are limited to 18 consecutive months, after which a minimum 6-month gap is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
