American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and current BLS certification.

Details

• Long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting with 78 beds
• General LTC population with some short-term care patients
• Patient ratios of 1:20 on day/evening shifts and 1:40 on night shifts
• Charting performed in Matrix EMR
• Night shift position with 8- and 12-hour shift options available
• Every other weekend requirement
• Half-holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• LTC or SNF experience strongly applicable given patient population
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates

• Location-specific orientation is provided
• No on-call or callback shifts are available for this position
• Every other weekend and half of holidays are required as part of the schedule
• First-time travelers should be aware that this is a night shift position in a high-ratio overnight environment
