American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Medical/Surgical (Med A) unit position requiring BLS certification and Epic EMR experience on a rotating day/night shift schedule.

Details

• Hospital-based Medical/Surgical (Med A) unit
• Rotating shift schedule alternating between 7AM and 7PM starts on 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage required as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Epic EMR used; experience required

Requirements

• Active RN license — Maryland or Compact required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience at a comparable-sized facility required (e.g., candidates applying to a 500+ bed facility must have experience at a similarly sized institution)
• Active licensure must be in hand at time of consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required

Additional Information

• 13-week contract
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• Provide medical/surgical nursing care within a general inpatient unit setting
