American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a permanent night shift position on a Medical Unit at a prestigious academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and AHA BLS certification.

• Medical unit (White 8) in a large academic hospital setting in Boston, MA
• Permanent night shift schedule: 19:00–07:00 (7p–7a)
• 13-week contract
• Epic used for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Active MA license must be in hand prior to consideration — no pending licenses accepted
• 2 professional references required
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, clinical decision-making, medication administration, monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, and coordinating care with the healthcare team
• UKG/Kronos used for timekeeping
• No validated parking is available at Boston locations; public parking is available nearby, and public transportation is encouraged
