Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract, requiring ARRT-MR certification and experience with Siemens equipment across a broad range of diagnostic imaging procedures.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient MRI unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Patient population spans all ages, from neonates to older adults
• Procedures include Abdomen/Pelvis, Chest, Head/Neck, Spine/Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (non-brain), Perfusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 and T-2 Weighted Images, and Maximum Intensity Projection (preferred)
• Breast and Cardiovascular MRI experience preferred
• Siemens MRI equipment used
• Epic EMR - experience required
• 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional weekend and on-call shifts required

Requirements

• Current ARRT-MR certification required
• Current BLS certification through AHA required
• FL RN license or compact license required if applicable
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment required
• Experience with Isolation Precautions required
• Epic EMR experience required
