Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) position at a locked inpatient unit in Massachusetts, requiring prior travel experience and a permanent MA RN license.

Details

• Locked inpatient behavioral health/psychiatric unit
• 5x8 shift schedule with a mix of evening (2:45 PM–11:15 PM) and night (10:45 PM–7:15 AM) shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR — prior experience required

Requirements

• Active, permanent MA RN license required
• BLS certification required
• 1–2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Prior Epic EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
• 2 professional references required, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
• Clean nursing license with no prior disciplinary history

• Position is based on a locked inpatient behavioral health unit
• A pass/fail EKG test is required
