American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown Unit night shift position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications at a medical facility in Kansas.

12-bed Stepdown Unit within a Medical Surgical Acute setting
Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:00
13-week contract

Requirements

Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a Compact state license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Current NIHSS certification
DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) certification required — may be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource
Minimum 1 year of Stepdown or equivalent specialty experience
DOB and SSN required for consideration

Experience with the facility's designated EMR system is required — candidates without relevant EMR experience may not be considered
