American Traveler is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech (CST) for a CVOR assignment, requiring NBSTSA certification and first scrub experience in a 4x10 day shift schedule.

Details

• Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) of a large hospital system
• Day shift schedule: 4x10 hours, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call requirement: at least two days of call per week and 1–2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on need
• Floating to other units and/or campuses within the health system may be required based on census needs; staff will only float to units they are qualified for
• Epic EMR used; minimum 1 year of Epic experience required

Requirements

• Certification from the NBSTSA; CST credential required
• AHA BLS certification required
• SC RN license or compact license currently in hand — note: this is a Surgical Tech (CST) role; SC licensure requirements apply
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR or surgical tech experience required
• First scrub experience required; FA certification is not required
• Epic EMR experience (minimum 1 year) required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the flagship Greenville facility to be eligible for this position
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Candidates living 50–99.9 miles from the facility may be considered at a reduced pay rate; candidates 100+ miles away qualify for the full travel rate
