American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week night shift contract in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

Details

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 128 beds
• Serves a diverse patient population with all diagnoses in a post-acute care setting
• Patient ratio of 1:32
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the EMR
• 12-hour night shifts, 1800–0630
• Every third weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• IV certification (IV-C) preferred for LPNs
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred

Additional Information

• Orientation is completed on-site with facility staff
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility may be subject to local pay rates
• Weekend and holiday coverage is expected on a rotating basis
• No on-call or call-back shifts are available for this position
