Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Ohio, requiring ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications with Level 1 Trauma experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) setting within a large academic hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• 1–2 weekends required per 4-week schedule
• Level 1 Trauma center environment
• Requires proficiency with telemetry monitoring and mechanical ventilators
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Experience with telemetry and mechanical ventilators required

Additional Information

• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
• No mandatory break between assignments when changing representation (except for Sterile Processing Techs, who require a 30-day break)
