American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position at a heart hospital in Ohio, requiring ACLS and BLS certifications for day shift work in Phase 1 and 2 anesthesia recovery.

Details

• PACU unit within a cardiac-focused hospital setting
• Patient population includes pre-op and post-op care for cath, EP, and vascular outpatient procedures
• Involves Phase 1 and 2 anesthesia recovery, including MAC and conscious sedation
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (8:00–20:00) or 4x9-hour shifts (10:00–20:00)

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Prior PACU nursing experience required
• Experience with MAC and conscious sedation recovery required

Additional Information

• Provide Phase 1 and Phase 2 post-anesthesia recovery care for outpatient cardiac, EP, and vascular procedure patients
• No RTO will be accepted for the period of February 15–28, 2026
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility do not require a 30-day break between assignments to change representation
